Q: What is Orbrix?
A: Orbrix is a homegrown, India-first print-on-demand store. Every item is made to order after you purchase.
Q: What does print-on-demand mean?
A: We produce your product only when you order it—reducing waste, keeping designs fresh, and ensuring quality.
Orders & Production
Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: Production usually takes 2–4 business days. During sales/festive periods, it may take a bit longer.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, within 6 hours of placing the order or before production starts—whichever comes first. Email hello.orbrix@gmail.com with your order number.
Q: Will all items arrive together?
A: Sometimes items ship separately if they’re produced at different facilities. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Pan-India. International shipping isn’t available yet.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once shipped, most orders arrive in 2–7 business days. Remote locations may take 7–10 days.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout based on your location and cart.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We email/SMS your tracking link when your parcel is dispatched. You can also check your order status via your account.
Q: What if I miss the delivery?
A: Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If it returns to us, we can reship; additional shipping charges may apply.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets via secure payment gateways.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, on eligible pincodes. Any COD handling fee will be shown at checkout.
Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes—payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We don’t store your card details.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because items are made to order, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Q: Do you offer size exchanges?
A: Size exchanges are possible on select products within 7 days, if unused and in original condition. Two-way shipping charges may apply.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: After we receive and quality-check the return, refunds take 3–7 business days to reflect. COD orders are refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
Q: My item arrived damaged/wrong. What should I do?
A: Email hello.orbrix@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging—we’ll fix it ASAP.
Products, Sizing & Care
Q: How do I pick the right size?
A: Use the size chart on each product page and compare with a tee you own. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Q: Will colors match what I see on screen?
A: Minor color variations can occur due to screen settings and print processes, but we aim for accurate, vibrant results.
Q: How do I care for my printed apparel?
A: Machine wash cold, inside-out; mild detergent; no bleach; avoid ironing directly on print; tumble dry low or line dry.
Customization & Bulk
Q: Can I personalize a product?
A: On select items, yes—like adding a name or number. Look for “Personalize” options or email us.
Q: Do you take bulk/corporate orders?
A: Absolutely. Write to hello.orbrix@gmail.com with your requirements and quantities for a tailored quote.
Invoices & Policies
Q: Will I receive an invoice?
A: A digital invoice is emailed after purchase. Need specific billing details? Reply to your order email.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging or notes?
A: We can include a gift note on request. Reply to your order email right after checkout.
